Their actions (current and past issues with contaminated food) speak far louder than their words. Do yourself a favor and seek locally raised produce from small farmers markets and avoid ALL the produce in chain grocers and fast food. None of the fast food is healthy and cost three times what it would to pack a lunch or to eat a home cooked meal. The bottom line for corporations is profitability and dividends. They couldn’t care less about food safety or whether we die from eating something they produce. And they have plenty of lawyers to prove that statement.

1 cup all-purpose flour = 125 g
¾ cup = 95 g
⅔ cup = 80 g
½ cup = 63 g
⅓ cup = 42 g
¼ cup = 31 g

I’ll update the recipe to include both grams and cup measurements so everyone can choose the method they prefer and get more consistent results. Thanks again for the helpful suggestion!
